    By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to clearly outline our service expectations, protect both parties, and ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

    1. Product Availability & Made-to-Order Items

    All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to keep our website stock levels accurate, occasional discrepancies may occur. In some cases, we may be unable to fulfil part or all of an order immediately.

    Please note that most products are custom-built or made to order, with an estimated production and fulfilment time of 7–14 working days. If any item in your order is unavailable, we will dispatch the available items first and contact you regarding the remaining products.

    2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

    2.1 Dispatch & Delivery Times

    Orders are typically dispatched within 3–14 working days from the next business day after the order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). International deliveries may take longer.

    All orders comply with a maximum 30-day delivery window from the date of payment, in line with consumer regulations. If delivery is expected to exceed this timeframe, you will be notified.

    Delivery dates are estimates only. While we aim to meet all stated timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and are not responsible for courier delays outside our control.

    2.2 Shipping Address Responsibility

    Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We cannot be held liable for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional shipping fees may apply if a parcel must be re-sent.

    Orders can only be shipped to the address provided on the invoice. We are unable to request parcels be left with neighbours or unattended.

    3. Damaged Items & Delivery Issues

    All orders are securely packaged to minimise the risk of damage. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged:

    • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

    • Items must be retained in their original packaging

    • No attempt should be made to remove, install, or discard the product

    Failure to retain original packaging may void any damage claim. Replacement items will be provided at no additional cost where applicable; however, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    4. Out-of-Stock Items

    If part of your order is out of stock, we will dispatch available items immediately and send the remaining products once they become available.

    5. Delayed Deliveries

    If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team so we can investigate. Courier delays may occur during peak periods and are outside of our control.

    6. Lost or Damaged Parcels in Transit

    If your parcel is lost or damaged while in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. All shipments are insured up to the value specified by the courier.

    Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be submitted directly to the courier. We are not responsible for refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged while under courier care.

    7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

    International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure you are aware of any potential costs before placing an order.

    8. Order Cancellations

    Cancellations must be requested in writing within 12 hours of placing an order.

    As many of our products are custom-made to vehicle specifications, we are unable to accept cancellation requests made after the 12-hour window.

    9. Returns & Refund Policy

    9.1 General Returns

    We do not accept returns for any product that has been opened, used, installed, or attempted to be installed by the customer or a third party.

    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product ordered is compatible with their vehicle, including correct software selection and model compatibility.

    Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by:

    • Incorrect installation

    • Pre-existing vehicle faults

    • Self-installation or third-party installation

    Any of the above will void the product warranty.

    9.2 Return Conditions

    Approved returns must:

    • Be unused and unworn

    • Be in brand-new condition

    • Include all original packaging, labels, and contents

    • Be returned within 7 days of purchase for defective items only

    A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
    Sale items are non-returnable.

    10. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Any made-to-order or custom-manufactured products, including but not limited to:

      • Screen upgrades

      • CarPlay interface modules

      • MMI modules

      • Custom steering wheel covers

      • Carbon steering wheels

      • Ambient lighting kits

      • Starlight headliners

    11. Faulty Items

    If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us immediately. Our team will assess the issue to determine whether the fault is product-related or installation-related.

    If an item is confirmed to be faulty after the 7-day return period, you may choose between:

    • An exchange, or

    • Store credit of equal value

    Refunds are not issued outside of the initial return window.

  • Please note that all of our steering wheels are fully custom-made to order. Due to the personalised nature of this product, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available once an order has been placed.

    This listing is for the steering wheel core only. It does not include buttons, wiring, airbag, or electronic components. All original components from your factory steering wheel must be transferred to the new wheel during installation.

    Each custom steering wheel is handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 6 weeks for manufacturing, although the typical production timeframe is 3–4 weeks. Manufacturing times may vary depending on design complexity and demand.
